Three of the squadrons Civilian Instructors recently attended an Adult Staff Inductions Course, held at RAF Halton.
The course, organised by the Thames Valley Wing Training & Development Squadron, provides a sound foundation in the roles and responsibilities of being an Instructor in the Air Training Corps.
The course, attended by CI’s Alex Pye, Alice Pye & Stephen Robinson, included information on how the Air Training Corps is run and organised, from a Squadron level, right through to what happens at Head Quarters Air Cadets at RAF Cranwell. The weekend course allowed the staff to enjoy the hospitality of the Sergeants Mess at RAF Halton, as well as the Stations excellent training facilities.
Other recent graduates of the BASIC Course include CI Green & CI Burgess who passed the course in February.
