Two of 211 (Newbury) Squadrons staff members were recently awarded Cadet Forces Medals for service with the Air Cadets over the last 12 years.

Between them the Squadron’s Commanding Officer, Flight Lieutenant Simon Cragg, and Adult Warrant Officer Ian Lowe have accumulated 24 years of service with the Air Cadets as adult staff members.

Squadron Leader Steve New, the Squadron’s Area Wing Staff Officer awarded each of them their Cadet Forces Medals during a review of the squadron. He commented on the motivation and drive of the two staff members and thanked them for their dedication to the organisation over their many years of service.
