We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, location of the connection and operating system.  We may also collect information such as e-mail address, names, phone number and any other information that you provide to us.  This information is collected through the use of cookies.

What do we do with your data?

We use the data collected to check that our website is being accessed by our target audience i.e. Parents, Cadets and potential Cadets.  We use tools provided by Wix, Google Analytics and Facebook to process the data.  We only review the data in aggregation, and where possible, do not review individual data (i.e. the data is anonymized where possible).

I wish to get a copy of the data that you have that you hold on me

As our website is hosted on Wix, we have the ability to obtain a report of the data we hold on you in-accordance with GDPR. To obtain a copy of this data, please contact us stating that you wish us to provide you with a copy of the data we hold on you.  We will work with Wix, and other companies as appropriate to get your data.  However, we may require certain data (e.g. email address or I.P. address) to identify your data for deletion.

I wish to exercise my right to be forgotten

As our website is hosted on Wix, we have the ability to delete your data in-accordance with GDPR.  To exercise this right, please contact us stating that you wish to be forgotten.  We will work with Wix, and other companies as appropriate to remove your data.  However, we may require certain data (e.g. email address or I.P. address) to identify your data for deletion.
